Stefan is a distinguished entrepreneur, financial expert, project manager, and U.S. Navy veteran. As the Founder and CEO of Stefan Financial and Management LLC and Stefan International Human Resources LLC, Stefan has built a reputation for his strategic vision and innovative approach to business management.
Stefan’s journey began when he immigrated to the United States on an H2B visa. Starting from nothing, he built his business empire entirely on his own, without any outside investments. With sheer determination and hard work, he transformed his initial challenges into opportunities, establishing two successful international companies.
With a strong educational background from National University, where he earned degrees in Financial Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Human Behavior Psychology, Stefan combines academic excellence with practical experience. His academic journey is particularly inspiring, having started with a GPA of 2.10 and overcoming doubts to now hold three master’s degrees with a cumulative GPA of 3.8.
His career journey spans diverse roles, including hospitality management on cruise liners and luxury hotels in London, carpentry, organization work, and serving in the U.S. Navy. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Stefan is a project manager who assists businesses of all sizes in navigating demanding situations and launching new projects. His leadership extends to his role on the Leadership Board of the National University Alumni Association, where he contributes to the strategic direction and growth of the alumni community.
